Rohan Trading Company Pty Ltd has a written a QA Policy and manual that form part of the Australian Quarantine Inspection Service (AQIS) accreditation and an accredited (HACCP) program. This program requires stringent analysis of the procedures that we, and the suppliers we represent, produce and market.

This ensures most problems are rectified on a pre-emptive basis, but should a product fail to satisfy, we will pursue set procedures to resolve or rectify.
