Paul Rohan - Managing Director
Paul has a background of over 40 years
experience in the meat, food, processing and hospitality
industries. His professional life has seen Paul complete
his apprenticeship and work in Europe for 4 years before
returning to Australia in 1978 to work in retail and then
as the export manager for a large processing company in
South Australia. Having successfully completed Diplomas
in Management and East Asian Business Relations, Paul oversees
the growth of the company.

Mitch Williams - Trading Manager
(dip. Of App. Science Systems Ag.)
Mitch Williams worked for Rohan Trading
Company from 1995 to 1998, before leaving to gain further
knowledge in the beef industry. After 12 months working
in Electronic Livestock Identification Systems, Mitch travelled
to Europe to improve his knowledge of shipping and transport
in the EU and to gain further experience in European marketing
and rejoined Rohan Trading Company in 2000 as Export Manager.
His knowledge and understanding of the
general livestock and trading business has been of great
assistance to the team at Rohan Trading Company, to our
clients and the Export Division.
Mitch is a director of the Company and
board member.
Mitches' markets include:
- Japan
- Sri Lanka
- Philippines
- New Zealand
Barry Lennon
Barry joined the company in 1994 with
many years experience in the meat industry. Barry has an
excellent understanding of supermarkets and wholesale requirements.
Brand building and management expertise lie in beef and
lamb. Barry trades in both domestic and export markets.
Frank Agius
Frank joined the company in 2000 where
his many years experience in the Poultry industry is an
excellent base to expand our poultry trading divisions including
eggs and processed products. Frank's background includes:
Livestock purchasing, processing and sales to wholesalers
and multinational companies. Frank's knowledge of QA and
HACCP has been gained through procedures implemented, having
owned and operated his own business.
Frank's expanding markets include chilled
beef and manufacturing industry clients.
Ron Jenkins
With many years experience in the meat industry from retail
and wholesale, Ron's knowledge adds value to our team. Having
owned his own business as well as a position as State Manager
for a large FMCG, has enabled Ron to expand this domestic
division into new areas. Ron's expansion into the larger
retail outlets is invaluable to our company.
Jason Cho
(b.sc in Ag. ((Major in Animal Husbandry)) S.C.A.U.)
(M.Appl.Sc.((Food Technology)) U.N.S.W.)
Jason comes to us with an excellent background,
with technical and production knowledge in pork production
and the processing industry. Jason has worked with international
organisations in the United States, Hong Kong and China
for six years. Jason had traded livestock and food for two
years prior to joining the Rohan Trading team in 2000. Jason's
skills in languages include Cantonese and Mandarin as well
as English. He is our China market Development Manager.
Jason is the companies China market development
manager aswell as domestic Chinese wholesale manager. Jason's
other areas include Taiwan and Singapore.
